Please provide us with the following measurements. Bust - Measure around the back, under the arms and across the fullest part of the bust. The tape measure should be flat against the figure, straight across the back and not too tight. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that you have the option to exchange or return a product if you've changed your mind or are dissatisfied. We believe that having a transparent refund or exchange policy is essential to build trust and reassure our customers that they can shop with confidence. We are dedicated to ensuring that the return or exchange process is straightforward and convenient for you. Your happiness is our priority, and we are here to assist you every step of the way. We want you to cherish every moment leading up to your special day, and we're here to make sure you have the perfect bridal robe for the occasion. ​ We accept returns for an exchange. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, to arrange an exchange. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. Sale items and personalised, made to order items are final and cannot be exchanged. We do not exchange products that there is a listed fault in the description. For returns, the product must be unused, new condition, with the original tags and packaging still intact. If your return does not meet this criteria, your return will not be accepted. We do not cover the shipping cost to return the product to us and will cost a standard shipping fee to reship the product out. In the unlikely circumstance that your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at petalsbyvenice@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving and we will organise a refund or replacement if we deem this as our error. Please attach a photographic evidence in your email to help us make an informed decision. Refunds will only be returned to original payment method. After 14 days of purchase date, all sales are final.
